She has been in charge of the Road Inventory and Condition surveys of various road projects, Topographical Survey works, Economic Feasibility Studies, Environmental and Social Impact Assessment (ESIA) Studies, Technical and Performance Audits, Evaluation of Proposals, Geometric/Pavement design works, Construction Project Management, Preparation of tender documents, Tender evaluation for contractors and general project management of contracts in the field as well as General office work, preparation of bill of quantities and specifications, preparation of design report, progress report, work plan and construction time schedule.

She was previously an Engineering Manager at Apex Systems Consulting where she was tasked with planning, organizing, setting goals, managing budgets, leading people, and juggling multiple priorities. Eng Linda is well-versed in demonstrated management best practices and is a natural leader who has been repeatedly tapped in the workplace for commercial and operational leadership of key strategic initiatives.
